What is your cancellation policy?<\/strong>
Our cancellation policy varies according to the type of tour and the anticipation with the cancellation. In general, the cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund, less administrative expenses. For cancellations between 15-30 days prior to the trip, we apply a 50% penalty. Cancellations with less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable.

We specialize in Guatemala and Central america, including destinations such as Antigua Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, Tikal, and other sites in neighbouring countries such as Belize, Honduras and El Salvador. We also have packages international tour in America, Europe and Asia.<\/p>
