ITINERARY
DAY 1: BUENOS AIRES
Arrival, reception and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 2: BUENOS AIRES (CITY TOUR)
Breakfast. In the morning city tour, visiting the civic center starting with the National Congress and Plaza de Mayo, with the Government House, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo. We will see the Colon Theater, San Telmo neighborhood, La Boca and the elegant neighborhoods of Palermo and Recoleta. Free afternoon. In the evening we have included a tango dinner show at La Ventana. Lodging.
DAY 3: BUENOS AIRES
Breakfast. Free day for personal activities. Lodging. We suggest visiting the Evita Museum, where you can learn about the life and work of one of the most important women in the history of Argentina and at night take the optional night tour.
DAY 4: BUENOS AIRES - IGUAZU
Breakfast At scheduled time transfer to the airport to fly to Iguazú. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Lodging. We suggest taking one of the optional excursions offered or visiting the waterfalls on the Brazilian side.
DAY 5: IGUAZÚ (EXCURSION TO WATERFALLS)
Breakfast and visit to the falls, Argentine side. This day we will visit the entire Iguazu National Park which is named after the river that serves as its northern boundary and in Guarani language means "big water", inside the park are the majestic waterfalls that will impress us with its more than 275 jumps, the park has a railway line that connects the main tourist attractions with its three stations Visitor Center, Falls and Devil's Throat, at the end free time to continue touring the park. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Lodging.
DAY 6: IGUAZÚ - LIMA
Breakfast. At scheduled time transfer to the airport to fly to Lima. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 7: LIMA (CITY TOUR)
Breakfast. In the morning we will walk through the main streets, squares and avenues of the city. We will start at the Parque del Amor in Miraflores, with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Then, we will have a panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial center of the Inca culture. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas, where we will find the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. We will visit the Cathedral and walk to the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose corridors were walked by San Martin de Porras and Santa Rosa de Lima in the seventeenth century and where their remains currently lie. Rest of the day at leisure. Lodging.
DAY 8: LIMA - CUSCO (CITY TOUR)
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for our departure to Cusco. Upon arrival, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to acclimatize. In the afternoon, exclusive tour of the city that begins with a visit to the Plaza de San Cristobal to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Then, we will visit the San Pedro Market, where we will soak up the local flavor and learn more about the products of the area. Then, the Koricancha Temple welcomes us with all its magnificence; Recinto de Oro is its name in Quechua and its magnificence can still be felt in those walls that were once completely covered with gold. We will also visit the Church of Santo Domingo. From San Blas, the artisans' quarter, we will walk down Hatun Rumiyoc street, passing by the Inca Roca palace, today the Archbishop's Palace, where we will have time to admire the world famous Twelve Angles Stone. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral which houses colonial works of incredible value. Overnight.
DAY 9: CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Breakfast. We will depart by train to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World. We will arrive at the Aguas Calientes station, where our staff will assist us to board the transport that will ascend through an intricate path giving us a spectacular view of the Urubamba River that gives shape to the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, stairways, ceremonial precincts and urban areas. Energy emanates from all over the place. After a guided tour, we will have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. At the coordinated time, we will return by train and be transferred to the hotel in Cusco. Lodging.
DAY 10: CUSCO
Breakfast. Free day for personal activities. Lodging. We suggest an optional visit to the Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Park or an excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
DAY 11: CUSCO
Breakfast. At the agreed time, transfer to the airport to take the flight back to the city of origin.
